Most recently serving as Regional Vice President of Production for a Top 10 Birmingham based mortgage company, Mr. Tindall was responsible for overseeing a Production Unit of 13 Loan Officers and seven support staff. The total production of this unit is annualized at $190 million. This operation was consistently among the Top 10 Recorders of mortgages per the Mortgage Report for Jefferson and Shelby County, AL for the past 5 years. In addition to overseeing, training and recruiting, Mr. Tindall has also produced an average of $25 million in personal mortgage production.
Mr. Tindall has been in the Mortgage Banking Industry since 1993, is currently a Board member of the Alabama Mortgage Bankers Association and has obtained his CLO (Certified Loan Officer) designation. He is an affiliate member of the Birmingham Association of Realtors and the Greater Birmingham Association of Homebuilders. Mr. Tindall is also a life member of the Auburn Alumni Association and former Board member of the Birmingham Jefferson County Auburn Club and the Birmingham Touchdown Club.
He has written numerous articles on various mortgage topics for the Birmingham Magazine, Real Estate Lifestyle Magazine, the Alabama Association of Realtors Certified Residential Specialist quarterly publication and the national publication of the Mortgage Originator Magazine. He is frequently quoted in the Birmingham Business Journal and has also been featured on the Fox 6 morning show in their “Ask the Expert” segment.
